We hired Mike to do the home inspection on the home we just bought and we could not have been more pleased. Mike was very accomodating to our schedule needs and most importantly he really knows his stuff. He was incredibly thorough and wrote a report that was key in us getting 3% in discounts from the seller. He was also available to us after the inspection for other follow-up questions we had. We fully recommend him to anyone for home inspections.

I hired Mike to perform my home inspection and was extremely impressed at how thorough he was. He was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain to me what he was looking at and what he was looking for. He patiently answered my many questions. I recently hired Mike to do a home inspection on a newly built home. Mike showed up 30 minutes early and did a detailed inspection , he explained everything to me as he did his inspection.  Mike found several things wrong with the house, I was able to present his inspection report to the builder and the builder addressed each issue. Mike from PHI was a great home inspector. He was very professional, knowledgeable and on time. He took his time and did a thorough inspection.
